Art Is Hard (AIH) utilizes conversation to help communities commiserate through the conflicts and challenges associated with a creative lifestyle. AIH hopes to promote shared understandings, growth within individuals, and changes in expectations of artistic conventions. Join us for our first group conversation led by UNCG MFA candidate Grace Clark
Grace Clark is the visual and social practice artist behind the investigative space, OVERLAND ARTWORKS (OLAW). OLAW is committed to the development of projects focused on the accessibility of art making and creative experiences, the creation of collaborative communities, and the investment of quality time, energy, and intention in the human experience. OLAW experiments with alternate methods of addressing art world conventions to study the possibilities of how to more sustainably live and work within a creative lifestyle.
